Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
  • 4 teaspoons high heat safflower oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, coat with cooking spray. Turn to medium-high to high heat.
  2. Add safflower oil and heat.
  3. Open cans and drain off water.
  4. Add green beans to skillet and cook until heated and desired doneness is achieved.
  5. Take off of heat and add vinegar. Toss.
