Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu
Weight Watchers 5 SmartPoints; Weight Watchers 4 Freestyle Points
Ingredients
- 4 (1 pound total) boneless skinless chicken breasts - thin sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 thin slices deli ham
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Top each with deli ham and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks.
- Transfer to an 11x7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
