Broiled Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 4 teaspoons high heat safflower oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash asparagus and cut off the bottom portion of the stems.
- Lay out on sheet pan. Pour oil over asparagus and toss. Lay asparagus back on sheet pan in a single layer.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
