Broiled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 teaspoons high heat safflower oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash asparagus and cut off the bottom portion of the stems.
  3. Lay out on sheet pan. Pour oil over asparagus and toss. Lay asparagus back on sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
