Weight Watchers 8 SmartPoints
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 (15 ounce) can seasoned tomato sauce for pasta (such as Hunt's Roasted Garlic)
- 2 (7.5 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (such as Pillsbury), quartered
- Cooking spray
- 1 1/4 cups (5 ounces) pre-shredded pizza double cheese (such as Kraft Italian 5 Cheese Blend)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook meat in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well; return to pan.
- Stir in tomato sauce. Add quartered biscuits; stir gently. Spoon mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
