Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops (1 pound total)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  2. Brush the pork chops with olive oil and then coat each one in the cheese mixture.
  3. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure it is well coated.
  4. Line a pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
