Santa Fe Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 (1 pound total) bones, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Fiesta Ranch or Spicy Ranch dry dressing mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel
- 1 (15 ounce) can kernal corn, not drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in crockpot and sprinkle with dry ranch dressing mix.
- Add black beans, corn, and rotel on top.
- Add cream cheese on top.
- Place crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Once time is up, shredd chicken and mix all ingredients together.
Notes
If you add brown rice, then 3/4 cup cooked rice will add 4 SmartPoints to your meal.
