Speedy Stroganoff
Weight Watchers 6 Points Plus Weight Watchers 8 SmartPoints
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onion, separated into rings
- 1 (8 ounce) package pre-sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed reduced-fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) carton fat free sour cream
Instructions
- Cook meat in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain in a colander; set aside.
- Add onion and mushrooms to pan; sauté over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Return meat to pan; reduce heat to medium. Add soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
